Food Diary Analysis

We will provide you with a blank food diary for a week, which you will complete and return.  From this, and your completed Lifestyle Questionnaire, (click here to complete this), Fiona will be able to advise you on simple recommended changes to optimise your health and weight goals.  This analysis will include sleep patterns, water intake, food brands, recipe suggestions, sensible supplementation, exercise and much more but ensuring that it is all feasible for you and fits in with your lifestyle.

Follow Up Sessions

If you feel you would like a follow up discussion, perhaps just to update on progress, and perhaps be accountable for your weigh ins and check in on the impact of the changes/how healthy you are feeling, Fiona can do 1 hour sessions via Microsoft Teams/Zoom/Facebook Chat or phone, whichever platform works best for you.  Further tips and advice will be given to ensure you are on the right track to achieve your fitness and health goals
